Taste
The length of time cheddar is held for aging determines whether it will be sold as medium (aged a minimum of 60 days), sharp (aged a minimum of nine months) or extra sharp (aged a minimum of 15 months). Our Vintage White cheddars are aged 100 days for medium and two years for extra sharp. |
