Where can I buy the cheese curds (squeaky cheese)?
Because the fresh curds’ texture changes so rapidly, we offer cheese curds for sale primarily on a fresh, daily basis only at the Visitors Center and Farm Stores.

Do you have factory tours?
We offer a free self-guided tour; it is the easiest way to learn about our history, our products and the cheesemaking process. You can start anytime during the day and set your own pace and direction. Tours inside the cheese processing area of the plant were discontinued in 1967 due to health and safety regulations.

What days and hours is the Visitors Center open?
The Visitors Center is open 7 days a week, year round. We are closed only on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. 

From mid-June through Labor Day we are open from 8am to 8pm.  After Labor Day and through the fall, winter and spring, we are open from 8am to 6pm.
