Kosher Medium Cheddar

Description:
Tillamook Kosher Medium Cheddar cheese is manufactured under rabbinical guidance, and is made using a microbial/vegetable-based rennet. Identified by a kosher symbol, it is made via the same process as Tillamook Medium Cheddar Cheese.

Ingredients:
Cultured Milk, Salt, Enzymes, Annatto (color).

Handling and storage tips:

Cheese should be kept in its original package, covered tightly after opening, and placed in the coldest section of the refrigerator (under 40°F) to prevent drying out or becoming moldy.

Cheese is best served at room temperature. Cut off the amount needed about an hour before serving and return remainder to the refrigerator.
