Cheese
Monterey Jack

Description:

Monterey Jack cheese is made with pasteurized milk and does not need to age to develop its mild, fresh flavor. The Monterey Jack variety is sometimes referred to as a stirred-curd or washed-curd cheese.

Tillamook Monterey Jack, traditionally a white cheese, has no color added and has a smooth, understated flavor that makes it perfect as a topping to virtually any dish, especially those with a Southwestern flair.

Ingredients:
Cultured Pasteurized Milk, Salt, Enzymes.

Handling and storage tips:

Cheese should be kept in its original package, covered tightly after opening, and placed in the coldest section of the refrigerator (under 40°F) to prevent drying out or becoming moldy.

Cheese is best served at room temperature. Cut off the amount needed about an hour before serving and return remainder to the refrigerator.
