Description:

Tillamook Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese has a creamy, milky-white appearance; a mild, delicate flavor; and a semi-soft texture. It is made with pasteurized milk and without annatto coloring.

Tillamook mozzarella is mild and versatile. Cube and toss with olive oil, fresh basil and tomatoes for a fresh and light salad. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over homemade pizza and other Italian dishes or simply layer it in your favorite sandwich.

Ingredients:
Cultured Pasteurized Part-Skim Milk, Salt, Enzymes.

Handling and storage tips:

Cheese should be kept in its original package, covered tightly after opening, and placed in the coldest section of the refrigerator (under 40°F) to prevent drying out or becoming moldy.

Cheese is best served at room temperature. Cut off the amount needed about an hour before serving and return remainder to the refrigerator.
