Reduced Fat Medium Cheddar

Description:
In response to consumer demand for cheese alternatives with less fat, we developed Tillamook Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese. This cheese is made with pasteurized part-skim milk and is one-third lower in fat than our regular Cheddar Cheese. It’s a welcome addition to all kinds of dishes and makes an especially tasty snack.

Ingredients:
Cultured Pasteurized Milk, Salt, Enzymes, Annatto (color).

Handling and storage tips:

Cheese should be kept in its original package, covered tightly after opening, and placed in the coldest section of the refrigerator (under 40°F) to prevent drying out or becoming moldy.

Cheese is best served at room temperature. Cut off the amount needed about an hour before serving and return remainder to the refrigerator.
