Description:

Tillamook all-natural Sliced Pepper Jack Cheese is the result of a blending of the mellow Monterey Jack with the spicy "zing" of real jalapeño peppers.

Add Sliced Pepper Jack cheese to Southwestern recipes or simply enjoy it melted over a burger.

Ingredients:
Cultured Pasteurized Milk, Jalapeno Peppers, Salt, Enzymes.

Handling and storage tips:

Cheese should be kept in its original package, covered tightly after opening, and placed in the coldest section of the refrigerator (under 40°F) to prevent drying out or becoming moldy.

Sliced cheese should be used within 3-5 days of opening and always be stored so as to prevent air from reaching the product. Place any unused product in a resealable bag and remove air before closing.
