Tillamook all-natural Sliced Sharp Cheddar is aged for over nine months to achieve a full-bodied flavor with sharper accents than the medium cheddar.

Sliced Sharp is great as a means for spicing up a favorite main dish. Layer Sharp Cheddar slices in your next roast beef sandwich, melt them over burgers or layer and melt them over homemade macaroni and cheese.

Ingredients:
Cultured Milk, Salt, Enzymes, Annatto (color).

Handling and storage tips:

Cheese should be kept in its original package, covered tightly after opening, and placed in the coldest section of the refrigerator (under 40°F) to prevent drying out or becoming moldy.

Sliced cheese should be used within 3-5 days of opening and always be stored so as to prevent air from reaching the product. Place any unused product in a resealable bag and remove air before closing.
