Who can resist a tasty mushroom swiss burger? Melt sliced swiss over a grilled burger topped with mounds of sauteed mushrooms. Or stir a slice into pipping hot French onion soup topped with a slice of rye bread.

Cultured Part Skim Milk, Salt, Enzymes

Handling and storage tips:

Cheese should be kept in its original package, covered tightly after opening, and placed in the coldest section of the refrigerator (under 40°F) to prevent drying out or becoming moldy.

Sliced cheese should be used within 3-5 days of opening and always be stored so as to prevent air from reaching the product. Place any unused product in a resealable bag and remove air before closing.
