Consumers who purchase our products are concerned about the impact each product has on the environment, people, animals and communities with which that product comes into contact. So are we.

In response to these concerns, we have implemented and will enforce a “Supplier Code of Conduct.”

This code is a tool, developed to guide us in selecting and retaining business partners that follow workplace standards and business practices consistent with our own policies and values.

Existing and potential suppliers are required to adopt these standards to qualify as our supplier, and each is responsible for following all applicable local, state and federal laws, codes and regulations.

They are also required to comply with basic labor rights, environmental stewardship obligations and animal care requirements.

We are committed to conducting business in an ethical, legal and socially responsible manner. As part of that commitment, we are prepared to enforce the code of conduct and take action when necessary.
