Chipotle Mashed Potatoes
Description:
Instructions: Place potatoes in a large microwave-safe bowl. In a small skillet over low heat, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Stir garlic and remaining ingredients into potatoes until well combined. Microwave for 3 minutes on medium. Remove bowl from microwave, stir and continue heating at 30 second intervals until heated through. Serve immediately. Makes 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
2 cups (16 oz.) prepared mashed potatoes 2 tbsp. Tillamook® Salted Butter 2 tsp. minced garlic 1 cup (4 oz.) Tillamook® Shredded Mexican with Monterey Jack and Medium Cheddar Cheese 1 tbsp. finely chopped chipotle in adobo sauce ¼ cup Tillamook® Premium Sour Cream ½ tsp. black pepper Salt to taste |
