Stromboli

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F.
Divide dough into 4 equal pieces. On a work surface lightly dusted with flour, roll or stretch out each piece to 8” x 5 ”. Leaving a ½-inch border on each side of dough, arrange equal amounts of cheese, ham, salami, olives, pepperoncini and red pepper lengthwise down center of each piece. Sprinkle each with Italian seasoning. Fold dough in half over filling. Pinch all edges tightly to seal and place on baking sheet. Bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.

Ingredients:
1 can (13.8 oz.) refrigerated pizza crust
1 cup (4 oz.) Tillamook® Italian Blend Shreds with Mozzarella, Smoked Provolone and Parmesan Cheese
¾ cup chopped ham
¼ cup chopped Genoa salami
¼ cup sliced black olives
4 tsp. chopped pepperoncini peppers
¼ cup chopped roasted red pepper
½ tsp. Italian seasoning
1 cup marinara sauce, heated
