Tillamook Pizza Bianca
Description: A creamy, classic pizza that’s simple but satisfying. It’s also a great way to get the kids to eat their spinach! Perfect with a crisp salad.

Instructions:
Heat the oven to 450 degrees F. Combine the ricotta, garlic and Parmesan.  Spread half of the mixture on to one pizza crust, leaving a 1-inch border. Place 6-8 spinach leaves over the white sauce. Scatter half the red peppers over the spinach and sauce.  Sprinkle with 1 cup of shredded mozzarella on top.  Repeat all steps for second pizza crust. Lightly dust each pizza with herbs and red chili flakes. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and begins to brown.
