Yo Italiano! I Got Your Mac -n- Cheese

Instructions:
Heat oven to 350.

Bring 3-4 quarts water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package. Melt butter and 1 tbls. oil in saute pan. Add onion, saute 3 minutes. Add mushrooms cook 5 minutes. Add, garlic, red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning, garlic salt, pepperoni. Add flour simmer 5 minutes, Stirring constantly. Add roasted red bell peppers, canned tomatoes, and Worcesterhire sauce. Simmer 10 minutes. Add both cheeses and cream, reduce heat and heat until cheese has melted, about 6-8-minutes. Add cooked pasta pour into greased baking dish.

Combine bagel chip crumbs with black pepper. Spread over top of pasta. Drizzle with 1 tbls. olive oil.

Bake for 25-30 minutes.

2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 cup roasted red bell peppers (chopped)
1 - 7oz. mushrooms (sliced)
1/2 cup onion (chopped)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. Worcesterhire Sauce
1-1/2cups- Tillamook® Pepper Jack Cheese
4 cups. Tillamook® Special Reserve Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese
3 cups heavy whipping cream
1 - 12 or 14oz. can crushed fire roasted tomatoes
1/4 cup flour
4 cups macaroni noodles
1 cup pepperoni (chopped)
2 cups garlic flavored bagel chips (finely crushed)
1/2 tsp. black pepper
