Cheddar Sliders
Description: Cheddar Sliders with Tillamook Medium Cheddar Cheese and garlic lime mayo sauce; a small burger with big bite. 

Instructions:

In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, smoked paprika, garlic, lime juice, and ¼ teaspoon each salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Divide beef into 10 portions and shape into 3-inch patties, and season with salt and pepper.  Grill patty about 3 minutes per side or until a thermometer inserted in the center reads 160°F. Arrange cheese slice over patty during final minute of cooking. 

Toast bun on grill cut side down. Spread about 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise mixture on bottom half of bun. Top each with cheeseburger, 2 pepper strips and ½ ounce of greens. Top with remaining bun half. Serve immediately.

Ingredients:
½ cup mayonnaise
2¼ teaspoons smoked paprika
1½ teaspoons minced garlic
1½ teaspoons fresh lime juice
¼ teaspoon salt plus extra for burgers
¼ teaspoon black pepper plus extra for burgers
1¼ pounds ground beef
2½ slices Tillamook® Medium Cheddar Cheese, (cut in quarters)
10 3-inch hamburger buns, split in half
5 ounce container roasted piquillo peppers, (roasted red peppers), cut into 20 3x½-inch strips
2½ ounces mixed greens
